If, after our best expert effort, we still could not find any patent that "knocks out" your idea/innovation, then we failed, and you pay Nothing additional, and have no obligation.. - KNOCKOUT FOUND:
However, if we were successful at "knocking out" your idea/innovation, then we saved you from spending (wasting) many $1000s on patenting, development, and marketing costs, and we will invoice you only half our normal $800 fee; i.e., a small fee of $399 for a great search done. Any initial payments made (depending on your above Tier) will be credited towards this invoice.
- PRIOR ART FOUND- NOT A KNOCKOUT:
If we did not "knock out" your idea/innovation, yet we did find prior-art having at least some of your key novelty elements, then we did a pretty good job, which most firms would consider a fully successful search. Most often this means your idea/innovation is patentable. But, even though, under this "No Prior-art, No Pay" offer, we split the difference with you and only bill you $199 of the $399. However, to give you a break, if it is decided that it is patentable over the cited prior-art, and you want to proceed on owning (i.e., patenting) your idea/innovation and promptly procure the current Flat-Fee* Patent offer, then we will waive the supplemental search fee billed.
